and aroma to our beers. Prices and AA%s are liable to change from
season to season--we will update the list as changes occur.
Whole hops are picked, dried then baled. Least processed
and the freshest taste and aroma. Leaf hops sometimes prevent problems
with straing the wort off the hops.

NZ PACIFIC HALLERTAU
5.9% AA. Not a super high-alpha hop, these hallertau mittelfruh
like hops have a low cohumulone and myrcene oil content. Smooth
bitterness and a nice cinnamony aroma. |

4.5% AA Not a super-high alpha hop, diplolid, low cohumulone
and low myrcene. Aromatic hop, similar to Fuggles, used in both

Plug hops are whole hops, dried, then hydraulically
rammed and cut off in 15g plugs. Only NZ whole hops can be imported
so plugs are the least processed form of US and European hops we
can use. Originally designed for dry hopping, one plug in a 23L
batch kept in cold storage for 2 weeks will impart delicious aroma.
