Next course will start 6.00pm on Thursday 6th August 2009
Lessons starting at 6.00pm on Thursday 6, 13 & 20
Full mash brew demo lesson: Sat 29th August
Sorry for the hiatus in courses and demos--all my fault. |

Next one is first Thu in Sep, starting at 6.00pm.
The full mash brew demo will now be held not tomorrow but next Saturday--sorry mash tun not 100% assembled yet. Quite happy to do a part mash demo tomorrow. |

| Full mash demos start at 10.00 sharp. If no one is there too bad, not going to hold it up then be finishing the mash myself at 7.00pm! |

Last Thu a couple of people wanted to attend the course but had to beg off at the last moment. Today someone else mentioned he would like to do the course.
So, we could start this Thursday if people like. Please post here or otherwise contact me if you would like to do the four lessons starting this Thursday. |
