Like to flavour some new neutral spirit you just 'acquired'?
Not sure what to do with it?
Then this site is for you!!

Try the raison schnapps, it'll put hair on ya chest. oOn the other hand dont try the rosemary schnapps - it tastes like, well, rosemary, 'cept that it burns allll the way down. Then again, dont they all??!!

Finally got round to taking a look at your link, breaky
If I don't get enough apricots/plums for making slivovitz I will buy 2-3 bottles cheap vodka and make some of the schnaps (and try some of the spiced schnapps too)
Bloody good link!

Hmmmmm yesterday I pitched 5Kg dextrose, 3kg sucrose, 10g carbon and 20L warmish water with a packet turbo yeast.
Ferment, process and carbon treat untill fruit is ready to be infused in 40% alcohol

Bloody good link. Thanks Jovial and Breaky. I particularly like the sound of the ginger and the lemon and lime ones. I'm a bit concened about drinking the schnapps made from stinging nettles
I'll have to get some more distilled water, untill then I'll just by a couple of bottles of cheap vodka.
