Rather late in the season but two customers bought 20L applejuice each from the Auldwood apple/pear juice place in Lobethal.

One pitched with US05, one with Saf04 ale yeasts.

Be interesting to compare these in a month or two, and compare with mine made in May & pitched with a wine yeast (D47) and I better keg & bottle this real soon!
